Suspend or terminate your service qualification and reserve the right to pursue relevant legal responsibilities .
These Terms are the terms between you and APP with respect to your creation , registration, use of this APP and access to related services provided by this APP. The Platform shall have the right to mandate or designate its affiliated platform , holding platform , successor platform or a third party platform recognized by the Platform to continue to operate the APP according to the requirements of the APP and related services or operations . In addition, some of the Services covered by these Terms may be provided to you by our affiliated or controlled platforms. If you are aware of and accept the above services, you will be deemed to have accepted the relevant rights and obligations between the two parties and to be bound by these Terms .
The content of this clause also includes the rules that this platform may continue to publish and update in the future. The foregoing is effective from the date of the notice or notification and becomes a part of these Terms . If you continue to use this APP after the above content has become effective, you will be deemed to be voluntarily complying with the above terms.
The platform provides you with a creation channel . As a user, you have the right to choose a valid combination of characters and set a password that meets the security requirements. The user and password you specify are your credentials to log in to the platform and use the platform and related services through your identity.
The property and related rights and interests of the user you create on the platform belong to the platform, and you have the right to use the user only after the creation process is complete . The users you create on the Platform are for your use only. You are prohibited from giving, renting , lending, selling or otherwise allowing any third party to use your Users in any form without the written consent of this Platform. If the platform determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the user owner or authorized users, to protect the safety of the user, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the service to the user and terminate the account, without notifying you without creating an account . Users bear legal responsibility.
Do not use this service to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
(1) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing endangering national security and unity, undermining social stability, violating public order and good customs, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, and any content that violates national laws and regulations;
(2) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the legal rights of others such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets;
(3) Maliciously fabricating facts and concealing the truth in order to mislead and deceive others;
(4) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating advertising information and spam;
(5) Transmission of materials that instigate others to constitute criminal acts;
(6) Other acts prohibited by laws and regulations.
We have some simple rules for personal accounts on the APP service.
Only humans are allowed to create accounts. Account registration via "bots" or other automated methods is not permitted. We allow machine accounts:
A machine account is an account established by an individual who accepts the terms on behalf of the account, provides a valid email address, and is responsible for its operation. Machine accounts are dedicated to performing automated tasks. Multiple users can instruct the operation of a machine account, but the owner of that account is ultimately responsible for the operation of the machine. You can have up to one free machine account in addition to the free personal account.
A person or legal entity can have at most one free account (if you choose to also control a machine account, no problem, but it can only be used to run the machine).
User must be at least 18 years old. The APP does not customize services for minors under the age of 18, so we do not allow any user under the age of 18 to use our services.
Your login can only be used by one person, i.e. multiple people are not allowed to share a login. Paid organizations can only provide access to as many individual accounts as the subscription allows.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account when using our services. We provide tools such as two-factor authentication to help you maintain the security of your account, but the content of your account and its security are up to you.
You are responsible for all content and activity posted under your account (even content posted under your account by others who have an account).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. APP cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with this security protection obligation.
If you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to the Services through your account, including any unauthorized use of your password or account, please notify the APP immediately.
(a) If we decide to change the privacy policy, we will post these changes in this policy, on our website and where we deem appropriate, so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information and who can access it, and under what circumstances we will disclose this information.
(b) The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please check it frequently. If there are major changes to this policy, the company will notify you through a website notification.
To prevent disclosure of your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to third parties.
